ARDYN TOGETHER

Brother and sister duo Rob and Katy Pearson continue their trend of reinvention from the atmospheric, folky indie-pop of their debut Universe EP to the joyful sounds of new tracks like 'Together'. We've already introduced you to this curve ball of a track, depicting the "Disco strings; bubbly vocals; off-kilter harmonies; colourful synthwork; propulsive percussion," and noted "just a touch of funk." Their newfound style is further explored with a time-traveling music video inspired by '60s counter culture and hippy communes. While the track leans a little more to the '70s, the video itself is set to suit a Summer Of Love era that celebrates togetherness, peace and love. Speaking on the video, Ardyn tell us that it "touches on the Ant Farm movement and their underground architecture with the idea of highlighting the lyrics of the song and joining people together. We rounded up loads of our mates to film at a farm and had an amazing day ‘living’ together in this inflatable world!” - HT
